Service and Maintenance Contracts

We provide a comprehensive range of contracted maintenance and support agreements designed to suit a range of needs, as well as preventative and reactive maintenance cover for your complete security environment.

Available levels of cover include:


Priority Service 


  • Provides telephone support and reporting service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


  • Response will be no later than the end of the very next day with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.


  • Provides one onsite preventative maintenance inspections per annum.


  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and re-active visits are included.


  • The cost of all labor is included.


Priority Call-Out


  • Provides telephone support and reporting service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


  • Response will be no later than the end of the 2nd day following with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.


  • Provides one onsite preventative maintenance inspection per annum.


  • The cost of all replacement parts required during preventative and re-active visits are chargeable.
