EMERGENCY AND ASSISTANCE CALLING FOR STAFF IN NEED

The INSTANTalarm® 5000 with tried and trusted Pinpoint® technology provides protection for staff at risk from agrressive behavior at work as well as the ability to call for assistance in non-emergency situations. It has been developed for the widest range of applications where staff or others require instantaneous response. It has powerful communications and reporting capabilities, is extremely simple to use, reassuringly reliable and exceptionally effective.

The INSTANTalarm® 5000 uses Personal Infrared Transmitters (PITs) worn by staff to activate calls for assistance and in an emergency. When a call is made, Alphanumeric Display Units emit an alarm tone and indicate the precise location and type of call. Information can be relayed to Display Pagers worn by response staff and Over Door Lights can aid identification.

The INSTANTalarm® 5000 also provides a flexible Patient Call solution with a wide range of Patient Call Push Button units and mobile Infrared Assistance Call Transmitters.

Totally self-monitoring, the 5000 System Supervisor checks each Receiver Unit and the integrity of the cabling whilst the Receiver Units themselves monitor their own ability to receive infrared and whether they have been covered over. Fault reporting is entirely automatic via Display Units or local/wide area paging.
