Pinpoint, Inc. is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and was founded specifically to sell and install in the U.S. the Staff Personal Alarm Systems manufactured in the United Kingdom by Pinpoint Limited. Pinpoint, Inc. has an exclusive license to be the sole distributor and manufacturer of Pinpoint Limited's products throughout the Americas.

Pinpoint Limited is a Scottish company, with Head Office in Scotland's "Silicon Glen" some 10 miles from the home of golf at St. Andrews. It has other offices in England and in Ireland. It was founded in 1992 specifically to develop, manufacture and install reliable, easy-to-use systems for protecting staff at risk of violence whilst at work. This is their overriding focus and will always be so.
